breaking hearts has never looked so cool [ 05.06.04 - 8:33 oh, the pain! ] the lining on my stomach is finished & it looks hot as hell. it was easily the most excruciating pain i have ever endured in my life. every layer of my very being hurt. my skin, my muscles which remained clenched the whole time, & even my internal organs were rattled. at points, i honestly wept with pain. the only thing that got me through it was the idea of the finished product (which i was even more excited about when sean said that in his 12 years of tattooing, it was the sexiest tattoo he had ever done on a woman). i lay sprawled out on my back, struggling to breathe, teeth clamped down on the strap of my tank top. i was moaning & wailing ("You're either having a really, really bad time or a really, really good time.") the entire session. originally, i was going to do the lining & the shading in this session, but i couldn't take anymore, so we stopped after two & a half hours of lines. but now it's done & i'm struggling to sit upright (the tattoo is folded in half in my rolls when i slouch over - har har) & work wrapped tightly in a saran wrap garter belt situation, with tape pulling at my hairs. awesome. i'll try to get pictures up. justin got his tattoo done, as well, & it looks pretty freakin' amazing. sean & me- the best team ever, judging by the looks of that bad boy. he took it like a man, doing his game face, which is hysterical & did not whine & cry like me. the six hours we spent there was a pretty fun time, filled with slurs & making fun of everything & everyone. also, straying from my usual string of insults slung at forrest, i decided to flirt with him shamelessly ("I'll hate you real good, baby."), which resulted in an i-dare-you type sexual proposition from him, which i artfully dodged, mostly because i would have to see him again post-coitus & that could get awkward if he sucked. it was a good self-esteem booster nonetheless. oh, work. i hate you. where's vanessa?!
